Why are they cheap? This is why future steel buildings have an advantage. The reason is, you can find a direct manufacturer of steel buildings quite easily, and often times there would be discounts and deals available. If you’re building a building conventionally, it may be a different story. You have deal with separate suppliers for the different materials, and deal with the contractor who is going to build your building. With steel buildings, you can build it yourself (saving money on the contractor), and since you are only dealing with one manufacturer or place to buy the building, it is much easier to negotiate a deal. Future steel buildings is the future.
